Oeuf, a sustainable design children’s lifestyle brand based in Brooklyn is run by husband-and-wife duo, Micheal Ryan and Sophie Demenge.
The brand is known to run a distinct style, one that believes children deserve good design and a better world.
Oeuf’s furniture is largely minimalist and has been heavily Scandi-influenced and it’s no surprise as they launch their new furniture — The Moss Collection that features 5 statement pieces in 3 colourways. Co-founder Sophie Demenge opined that ‘the Moss Collection is an ode to playfulness; it’s our heartfelt hope that it brings joy and becomes part of the fabric of your family’s story.’
The Collection features a bold yet simple wave motif that’s an instant statement in any room and it consists of the full suite of nursery and kid’s room needs: Twin Bed, Crib (plus Conversion kit), Nightstand and Dresser.
The pieces are available in a classic light wood Birch or one of two saturated, limited-edition colour options: Peapod Green and Tomato Red, with the exception of the Dresser which features oversized pulls rather than waves and comes in one colourway — Birch/White.
Previous collections have been designed by both founders but this Moss furniture collection has an exception as it’s designed by Sophie herself and it’s full of deeply personal touches.
Since its inception and like all of Oeuf’s furniture, Moss is made from sustainably sourced, FSC-certified wood and GREENGUARD Gold in a socially responsible factory in Latvia, Europe.
